Hi! I'm Howie, and thank you for clicking our page! There are a lot of great Agents out there, and there are a lot of Agents who are in need of improvement. Let us do the dirty work, and screen them for you. We aim to find you the best Agents free of charge, and we would be truly humbled and honored to serve you.
A little about me:
- Born and raised inside the Washington D.C. beltway for 17 years
- Worked in office building restorations for 7 years.
- Joined the United States Air Force in 1996, and still proud to serve!
- Love to be involved in the community. From volunteering with Special Olympics to assisting with the Honor Flight, I've found happiness through the service of others
- Received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems
- Bought my first of ten houses in 2001
- Became a landlord in 2004, and have managed property ever since
- Stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base since 2014
- Real Estate is a huge passion
- Getting the best deal for you is an even bigger passion

Put your mind at ease while we go to work at no charge or obligation to you.

With our heavy background in Millitary Service, one of our goals is to give back to those who served. We do this by including, whenever possible, 1 Military Veteran among the choices we provide our clients. The goal is to provide a great chance of employment to Veterans by connecting them with you, the client. There is no obligation to choose the Military Veteran, as we understand the importance of chemistry between the client and the agent. It's good to have options.
